Shipping policy

We know that your satisfaction is our number one priority. That's why we strive to make sure you receive your order as soon as possible, and that it arrives safely. Our clothing is made per order so expect a 3-7 day window for your product to be made. Shipping times vary depending on the country you are ordering from. Long-term shipping is always free if you are willing to wait, we do not yet have expedited shipping as we are working with more than one shipping company with varying prices per order. Shipping can be anything from 5-25 days depending on its origin and destination. If there are any issues with your order, we will do all we can to ensure that you are satisfied. 

Please take note we work from three locations China, America, and Canada do make our products so some will be ready and shipped to you sooner than others. Our in-house designer does all commissions from the US. 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away so we can file a claim and get you a replacement. We hope this never happens! But we know it does sometimes, and when it does, we want to make sure you're taken care of.

Items get lost or returned all the time—it's just part of life! If this happens and your item is returned to us, we will refund your purchase price upon receiving proof of return (such as a receipt from the post office). 

Accidental orders cannot be refunded once they have been sent out for shipping. If you accidentally place an order for something that is not what you intended or need, please contact us immediately so we can cancel it before it ships out! If it ships please return it once this happens, please contact us again once the package has arrived back at our warehouse so that we can process a full refund.
